Fursuits

I start with a bucket head, and make the rough shape of the muzzle, ears, ect using ‘Premium Poly foam’. 

I scult and refine each detail of the base over the next 2-3 days. 

I create a pattern, and using the pattern, I cut out the various pieces out of neoprene fabric. Then, I combine sewing machine and hand stitching to finish the lining.

I start by making a new pattern by using cling wrap and duct tape against the base. I do the full head, then draw where I want each piece, change of fabric color and the direction of the fur. 

Then using the fur I’ve bought for the specific commission, I put each pattern onto the fur and cut each piece out. after everything is cut out and organized onto each section of the head I hand stitch each piece of the face together, then use machine stitching for the ears and neck.

After stitching the head together, I check for any holes or problems. If none are found or I don’t see any I move on to fixing the fur.  I use a hand steamer and pet brush to get out any imperfections of the fur and make sure that it is presentable before shipping.

Finally I pack the suit in a trash bag to prevent moisture from any problems during shipping. I add a badge using mine or your art of the OC or fursona, and ship it out at my earliest convivence.
